4. Franchise & Alliance Guidelines

Alliance Partners operate as independent business entities authorized by AYKA. Partners must adhere to AYKA’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), branding guidelines, and ethical standards. AYKA reserves the right to terminate partnerships for non-compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on AYKA platforms are the property of AYKA Clyvora Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

AYKA strives to provide accurate information and uninterrupted service but does not guarantee it. AYKA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law
